What am I writing these days and what is the plan for now?

My Life So Far

My Life So Far, book 6, was finished writing recently, and book 3 was published.

My daughter and I do not agree on how book 7 should start. Julie just broke up in the story, and she will date someone else for a short to medium period. The disagreement is "Is that person just a rebound" or "does Julie think it is serious and it doesn't last"

Sadly, this affects how the next chapters will go, so we are at a standstill.

Overcoming Trauma

Part 1 was published on Kindle, and all but the last chapter were published on the site. It's actually because I forgot to push #40 that it's not live, but I realized only after pushing Vexx #4. I will publish it soon.

Part 2 will begin, but later. I have other projects I want to focus on, because I need to decide where I take the story. I have a plan, but it's not that clear in my mind.

Not Business Casual

This is the next Kindle exclusive, like Bared Connection and How I Became a Naturist were. At the time of writing this blog, I am writing chapter 11 of a book that will have 20 to 30 chapters, so not bad at all.

The summary for now is: A politically gifted, middle-aged textile woman in a secretly naturist office must outmaneuver both corporate downsizing and local office politics to prove that human trust, not computer-based optimization, is what makes people worth keeping.

This one is inspired strongly by the girlfriend of my son.

The Vexx Paradox

Episode 4 was published the day of this blog, and #8 was written 2 days ago.

It is still in the first arc, which should complete around #10 or #11 (or #12), but it might be longer.

Then, it might go on pause to focus on other stories, and return later for a new arc.

Inconvenient Refugees

This is still a darling, and all 14 written episodes are published. The thing is, those 14 close an arc! The mystery of the leader is solved, the new joint task force is in place, the refugees are settled. A new arc is needed, and once I figure out all the pieces I want, it will be written.

Emails to Bob

I love Emails to Bob! It's a different format for writing, and while the story is rather basic, it's the format that makes it thrive. However, it's not written like other stories, so I need a gimmick to make it work. When I have an idea, I write it...

Catherine Reynolds

Believe it or not, there has been new content for Catherine Reynolds since 2025, and there are plans to finish the Case of the Business Collusion.

The problem, is that, as a writer, I grew noticeably since I began writing those cases. I do plan to keep revising them and, perhaps, put those stories in a place where I still like them.

Each time I sit down to write some Catherine Reynolds, I hate how the story was built, and it takes me out of the mood.

Weird Visitors

I was inspired by a book I recently read when I began writing Weird Visitors, and I wrote those 4 episodes, but since then I read more stories, and I realize I might not have done a good job.

I do hope to return to it, but I need to crank up the story, make it less, I don't know, naive?

Amanda in Love

I am keeping my only webcoming on hold for now. I did what I wanted to do with the first part, an arc is completed. I might publish more episodes on my website.

The naturist resort simulator game

No work on it in months. I sort of burned out on trying to make something out of it, and I can't write and evolve it. When I will be out of ideas, I will resume.

Bliss

I will finish it one day. I will. Someday... ;-)
